1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ibeth platform available at ibeth.org (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the ibeth Platform from time to time. • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ibeth reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ibeth account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibeth login credentials, including your username and password. ibeth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ibeth immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your ibeth account. ibeth may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ibeth is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address. ibeth may also request a selfie with your ID for biometric verification purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ibeth accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the ibeth Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

All deposits are credited to your ibeth account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the ibeth Platform at the time of request, subject to completion of KYC verification.

ibeth reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ibeth may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ibeth Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under controlled studio conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all ibeth games are available within the game information panels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibeth Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ibeth's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or ibeth staff to influence game outcomes.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with gameplay or account activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with ibeth's gaming software or platform infrastructure.

ibeth reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. ibeth's determination in such matters is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ibeth Platform without the prior written consent of ibeth.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ibeth Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ibeth does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ibeth's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ibeth account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ibeth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any ibeth account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your ibeth account (net of any bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Privacy

ibeth collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the ibeth Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ibeth reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
